  I normally just bring my family here while I sit by the register. I don’t even bother because I’m fat and normally stores like yours do not cater to people my size. Today was different, I’ve been looking for a specific kind of jacket and I was coming to get a gift anyway. As soon as I walked in, I was met with Jamie’s smile. She walked me through getting exactly what I needed while making me comfortable enough to ask for what I was looking for. Afterwards I was helped by Aalyah at the register who continued to be so helpful and affirming which is not something I ever feel in a store like I thought Alo was, thats not a small thing to achieve when you look like me. Would definitely return!!! And recommend to my other curvier friends.

  I absolutely love this brand! The quality of the fabrics is amazing, super comfortable, durable, and perfect for both workouts and everyday wear. The designs are stylish and flattering, with so many great options to choose from. On top of that, the customer service was outstanding. Sofía and Valerie were incredibly helpful, friendly, and made my shopping experience even better. I will definitely keep coming back!

  Terrible management. One of the managers was very rude and not helpful at all. I’m surprised upper management hasn’t cleaned house…

  The customer service at this store is awful! I’ve been a long time customer (online and in other stores) I’ve never had an issue at other stores but this one, they need some new training/associates/management…something! So this is the second time I’ve gone in and asked about a product that said was in stock online and they flat out told me they didn’t have it…did they look? No…just flat out said “nope we don’t have it”. The first time I just said ok and walked out but this time I was like, are you sure? I pulled up the app and showed that it specifically said you have them in stock and guess what…they did have them! Also, was not greeted when I walked in and felt like I was interrupting as she was sitting there having a conversation with her co-worker so I sat and waited and got “um can I help you”? Yes! Yes, you can help me…what in the world?! And then to not even look for what I was looking for just blew my mind!
