I purchased a pair of sunglasses that were over $400 in September, and they were knocked off my head by my kiddo….shattered the glass. I only had them for about two months, and they allowed me to exchange them for a new pair!!! I didn’t expect them to do that, as this is a luxury brand and normally outside of retailer warranty. Definitely shopping with Scheels for life!!
- KKKnightsHk473 days ago5.0Prob the best sports store in the country. Sure they prob have some employee random issue but as a general rule this place is like chick fila. Always great service always helpful people. Their gun dept has gone up in price some from years past but still reasonable and they at least match ANY online price in stock. Not like BS academy where it’s gotta be local and brick and mortar for it to work. These guys give you zero grief about it and price match and move forward. Buy something and the price drops a week or months later bring a receipt and they will still take care of you. It’s a rare place customers service wise. They are always busy for a reason and at least always have the staff to cover it. Bravo ownership you’ve hired the right leadership at the store to make sure they live up to expectations and then some.

Their selection of coats from the lightest to something you could wear to Antarctica was super helpful. Being able to try things on to test size and weight is vital. Love their staff as well (talking to you, Mykayla).

I recently submitted an honest, detailed review about a Savage .17 WSM rifle I purchased at the The Colony store. The rifle has several issues — most notably the B.Mag magazine design and accuracy concerns — and I wanted to share that experience to help other buyers. Despite submitting my review twice, and emailing customer service multiple times, the review has never been published. Instead, I received vague replies and was redirected to the store, even though the store has nothing to do with moderating online reviews. I appreciate Scheels as a retailer, but customers deserve transparency. Reviews — positive or negative — should be published as long as they are respectful and factual. Suppressing negative reviews is not fair to buyers who rely on the website to make informed decisions.

Dallas Cowboys I hear getting beat up on and got some of the freshest gear I've ever seen 👀🤯👀🤯👀🤯, Their gun and ammo section was incredible 👀🤯👀🤯👀🤯 but that exhibit up top with all of those different animals up there just took the cake.
