  Placed an order today for a grieving friend and let me tell you about my service today. ISAIAH WAS AMAZING! He went above and beyond to giving me the best customer satisfaction, so helpful and communicated amazing. My friend is now getting some beautiful flowers and strawberry’s in remembrance of her father and I couldn’t have done it without Isaiah. I placed my order on Friday 6, 2026, thank you Isaiah, I will definitely be ordering from this location moving forward!! Alaina Yukich

  Very disappointed with my experience. The arrangement was significantly overpriced for the quality received, and the delivery did not match what was advertised. What was supposed to be a hand-delivered order was left without proper care or communication, which was unacceptable for a premium service. Customer service was equally disappointing. When I reached out for assistance, my concerns were not handled professionally or with any sense of accountability. For the price paid, I expected reliable delivery and responsive support. Unfortunately, this experience fell short, and I will not be ordering again.

  Awesome customer service from Dakota and the people at this location! They were able to get me a perfect gift for my mom in less than 10 minutes! I will definitely be coming back to this specific location in the future for gifts.

  My husband ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentine’s Day, which cost him $120. They were delivered on the 15th, and they never called to let him know they would be late. When they finally arrived, they didn’t even knock on my apartment door, so the flowers sat out for hours. I am not very happy with the service and the price. It is not worth the price at all.

  Ordered online. Pickup said 11am. Arrived to pickup at 11am. Asked my name went in the back to check, came back to the front and disregarded me with no update and got all the delievery orders from uber eats, ect. They prioritize delievery orders over online orders and make you wait and then ignore you. Finally after 30 more minutes I had to give my name again and I finally got my order. Opened the box and the strawberries are tiny and barely have any chocolate on them. You would think for $55 you would get your money's worth. Terrible service and small quantities. I will never give them my business again.
