Called the store numerous times, left messages, emailed customer service and NEVER received a response. Went into the store the following day around 10:45 am to follow up on my order. The store was dirty and had numerous flies flying around visible fruit that was sitting on a back counter. Asked for the manager and explain my situation. She acted as if I were wasting her time and seemed completely uninterested in resolving the issue. She was unapologetic and acted visibly annoyed. The only response that I received was "we're busy". I expressed that I would just deliver my order myself and asked for a refund on my delivery fee. She asked one of the workers to obtain my order which was sitting in a soda fridge. The $80.00 fruit basket it was filled with condensation and the pineapple was brown!! I expressed my displeasure and asked for a fresh fruit basket. The rude manager proceeded to respond with "I made that this morning" and refused to make a fresh arrangement. I continued to express my disappointment, and the managers response was to yell out that she was "giving me a refund and get out of her store!" To lose a paid customer and provide extremely poor service is a fundamental failure of business operations! I urge management to re-evaluate their customer service training, especially for those in leadership roles. I will never return to this store! I highly urge anyone considering this store to place your money towards a company that values you as a customer and is interested in providing an excellent experience for all the people involved.
