- TTTDSApr 30, 20261.0Long time customer here, i am not one to leave reviews, but i feel this should be noted. It has been a slow but steady decline on customer service. Shop was unkept and employees were aloof. I was hoping for assistance but they were all on their phone, when i brouht this up to the manger she dissmissive and rolled her eyes at me. POLO please better train your managers. the lady here is rude and pretentious. in my 10 years of shopping here ive never felt the need to do this. im going to start going to cypress reguardless of the distance.

I also saw how she treats other coworkers there. cant believe she's a manager there. she should not have power over anyone. if she has an issue with an emplyee she should take that to the back or something more discreet. not make a show in front of the customers. felt like i was at walmart.
