  This DSW has a great selection throughout the store. Although I normally shop DSW online, whenever I come into the store it is worth it. John Michael - one of the store managers, is an irreplaceable asset to the team and does a particularly excellent job! He is always on the move, ready to assist customers with a smile and is knowledgeable of brands, promotions and backstock. As a DSW shopper for over 20 years (showing my age now) I can certainly say I always enjoy my shopping experience here! 👟 👠 🛍 💕

  Store was clean, employee was nice (though I only saw one in the entire store and she was the register, meaning no real assistance is available if anyone is checking out). The only place to measure your feet was some dumb AI assistant machine. Not only did it take forever as there was a line, but also screw AI. I am confident that machine was why there were no other employees, and I def needed help with finding things so I just couldn’t. I had to ask the single attendant to find the manual measure since there was nowhere else in the entire store to measure, and she was unable to assist me afterwards since she was indisposed. This store also doesn’t carry anything smaller than a women’s 6, so smaller feet beware. I’m sorry but kids sizes are just not acceptable for proper foot care as an adult. Really frustrating experience.

  Nice shoe store that was organized and clean. My son didn't find anything this time, but he is very picky about his shoes.

  Great choice of different work shoes and a huge variety of different styles of comfortable but stylish looking footwear. Also the staff is very helpful and courteous.
