I found a life jacket online listed for $39.99, but when I went to the store, they only had the same item at a higher price and refused to honor the online price. To make matters worse, the manager said it was still available in-store, but when he went to check, we couldn’t find it anywhere. It was frustrating and felt very disorganized. On top of that, they didn’t even have the correct pricing displayed, which made the whole situation even more confusing. Overall, poor customer service, misleading information, and inaccurate pricing. I expected better.
