  Going on 20 minute break at the height of the highest traffic time…by the way the stores are “separate” and can’t call anyone…$500 gone..I won’t be back..ever

  I’m very disappointed with the customer service at this Sunglass Hut location. I purchased my sunglasses here along with a protection plan, but when I returned with a damaged lens, the staff showed little effort in helping resolve my issue. After speaking with the manager in person and not receiving any followup, I went back to the store and spoke with “A,” who said she would pass my message to Cynthia. Cynthia called the next day but only said she was “still searching for an identical pair,” which made no sense since I have a protection plan and would still need to pay a deductible. Overall, the store lacked communication, followup, and genuine customer care. I had to do all the legwork myself, and ultimately the manufacturer, not Sunglass Hut,will be replacing my sunglasses. I do not recommend this specific location.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Sunglass Hut, especially with the customer service provided by Carmen. I went back next day after buying my glasses because they were uncomfortable after wearing them for just 15 minutes. Carmen refused to exchange them and was not helpful at all in resolving the issue. I barely even used the glasses, yet she still wouldn’t do anything. Extremely poor service — I’ll never buy from Sunglass Hut again.
