- HNHai Nguyen4 days ago2.0Disappointed With Packaging Experience This was our first time buying Michael Kors bags at store not at Macy’s, and while the products are nice, the packaging experience wasn’t what we expected. We bought six bags as gifts, but due to a “holiday paper bag limit,” the staff put two bags in one paper bag, which made them look less special. After asking a few times, we did receive 4 small bags and 2 large ones, but overall the service didn’t feel as helpful as we hoped. The bags also didn’t come with individual fabric covers like other brands provide. We hope the store can improve the gift presentation and customer experience in the future.
