  I had a great experience with the amazing help of Jennifer the Assistant Manager. I went in to the store to grab some sandals but I couldn’t find them. Jennifer essentially scoured the store to locate the ones that I wanted. I didn’t see my size but she asked if I wanted to order them. She was courteous throughout the entire exchange. Best service in all my years in Houston. Thank you again Jennifer!

  So glad to have one close to my side of town instead of going all the way to the Houston premium outlets in cypress. I love J. Crew. Although this is a factory mock of j crew, I must say what you pay here vs a real j crew goes a long way. It’s affordable, and there’s many selections to choose from. Love that it’s new and organised.
