At the register, I was assisted by an associate, Calvin A. He was so pleasant and engaging. His personality and customer service was stellar. He politely exchanged my double breasted blazer to the correct size and guess what else..... provided me with a suit cover bag!!! I was estastic with the gesture, because the original store I purchased from never offered or provided! I'm not a frequent shopper at First Colony Mall, but Calvin would be a reason to return and shop at the Sugarland location.
