I order their autumn blooms with bites bundle and a card. She recieved 6 roses and 2 of them are rotting. It was the most embarrassing order I’ve ever recieved. I called to complain and was told that the person speaking was just an employee and there wasn’t a manager available. She tells me to call back tomorrow.
