It felt like they really didn't want to even help. They just said it would be at least an hour. When I read the other reviews I felt like I had dodged a bullet. Thank goodness

I order their autumn blooms with bites bundle and a card. She recieved 6 roses and 2 of them are rotting. It was the most embarrassing order I’ve ever recieved. I called to complain and was told that the person speaking was just an employee and there wasn’t a manager available. She tells me to call back tomorrow.

I tracked the order multiple times that day and as of 2 pm, the order was received but not crafted. I sent a message that evening through the portal to see if they can at least try to deliver it the next morning before my mother leaves out of town. The store did not pick up. I called at 9:10 and left a message. No one ever called back and I tried again around 11 am and again no one picks up the phone. I left an additional message on the portal. And I finally requested a refund this afternoon. I am not sure what is going on but this is not edible arrangement quality. I will also be contacting the franchise. If I do not see a refund further legal action will be taken. This is not ok and I highly recommend making future orders with other stores directly. This is unacceptable!

I arrived well before closing time and was told that there were no chocolate covered strawberries and I would have to place an order for tomorrow. Terrible service and false information given. Very unpleasant experience with a business that is supposed to have had them available as I was told 4.5 hrs before I showed up. Waste of time, and I am not a local.
