And in doing so I realized how easy fast and nice the experience was, the prices are fait and the staff helpful and its clean and organized very important to me and they accept tap and pay a big plus, i would go there again... He couldn’t explain it; but told me it was policy. I asked if I could buy the shoes without putting in my number. He said no. So I went two doors down to Nordstrom rack and bought the exact same shoes for $10 cheaper. And without requiring any information that’s irrelevant to the purchase. Can’t help but notice there were ~10 people in DSW and about ~50 in Nordstrom.

I probably shop/ visit 5-6 DSW locations in a given year. I have been to this store twice this year and both times I had the pleasure of having Ashlynn as the cashier. Ashlynn is present, kind, and customer service oriented. I have had opposite experiences at other DSW locations, and cannot imagine that it’s even the same company! Way to go Ashlynn! You shine in a difficult space- retail. Thanks so much! And I love the new show protection spray, available at all of the stores. Shoes In the Sun so they dry from the spray.
