  Went in yesterday last minute decision to purchase some shoes for date night. The staff on the floor was not helpful at all just basically watching customers. I’m assuming make sure there’s no theft occurring. Great selection and the gentleman that checked me out, his name was Joe was polite , Informative and quick. He explained their points reward system so clearly, I just couldn’t help but sign up he made it so easy.

  Hello DSW Team, I wanted to share the positive experience I recently had at your Sugar Land, TX, location. Exceptional customer service can be difficult to find, but Naomi K. was outstanding. Despite having just dealt with a difficult customer before me, and facing a long line, she handled my return with a smile and a great attitude. Naomi went out of her way to provide a seamless experience. She took the time to explain the return process and my options for exchanging a damaged item, and she even notified me of an available discount on my account. Because of her positive attitude and helpfulness, I am more committed than ever to shopping at DSW. I hope she is recognized as a valuable member of your team.

  I placed an order two days ago to be delivered on 1/22/26 I called at 6pm they told me door dash hd not picked up the order, and for me to contact door dash. I placed the order with DSW 25.00 fee. The customer should not have to contact door dash . This location. Is TRASH FOR ITS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I NEED THIS ITWM FOR MY KID WHO'S GOING TO THE MILITARY IN A COUPLE DAYS!!!
