  I always have a fantastic experience at Academy in Sugar Land! The store is spacious, clean, and well-organized, making it easy to find everything I need. The staff are friendly, approachable, and very knowledgeable and they really go the extra mile to help with questions or product recommendations. Great selection of sporting goods, outdoor gear, and apparel at competitive prices. Every visit is smooth and enjoyable and I would highly recommend this location!

  This location did not stock a certain Skechers shoe in a hard-to-find size. But we were fortunate enough to find two employees named Stacey and Christopher -- hope I'm remembering correctly -- that helped our family find this item in stock at another area Academy and placed an order so that it was ready for pickup. Much thanks!

  Customer service was excellent thank you Sanam! Store well stocked and organized. One constructive criticism from a guy who often enjoys leaving positive reviews: your QR code system for feedback is too labor intensive for the customer (data entry) so I gave up halfway thru. Easier to do it here. Thanks!
