- JHJason HolmesDec 30, 20255.0Always nice stores. Very neat animal mounts and fish rank display. I went at Christmas time and there were lots of extra attractions like Santa for pictures. Pricing was decent and had offers if you signed up for a credit card to get a good discount. I only wish companies would provide good pricing without harassing customers into signing up and being tracked with a key card or credit card. So many companies track your buying habits and this info is sold to other companies. Bass Pro has a great selection of outdoor recreational equipment and pricing is fair. This location is nice and new byt Memphis Pyramid still reigns supreme with all the live animals in the boat through the whole store. Theres also lots os museum and historical stuff to see at the Pyramid location in Memphis.

It's big and selection matches it's size! Though our main focus has been fishing, our experience with customer service has been top notch. The knowledge of their associates in each department really sets them apart. They can help you make the right or good decision on whatever your focus is. So whether you're an experienced hunter or a novice fisherman, you'll find what you need here. It's an experience all by itself.

When he came back I asked if he would ring us up next since we got back in line at another register. He gave me the dirtiest look. Had another situation with their curbside pickup. I needed to cancel it & the person at customer service said I needed to call customer service to cancel my order. Left the store only to have to drive back because customer service over the phone said my order can be cancelled in store only. No one knows that they are doing there. No one cares about providing excelente customer service. Disgraceful.
