Another associate at first directed me to the wrong section- fresh water section (I won’t say who because I’m not a Bass Pro nark) but I specifically said salt water lure and he parked me at freshwater lures. As I was staring at the wrong lures Terry showed up and I again said “salt water lures” and he moved me to the correct isle. Not only did he put me in the right section, he looked in the back for more clarkspoon lures (there were only 2) ya all need to stock more! Terry also helped me stock up on everything I needed for salt water Mackerel fishing, he was extremely knowledgeable! I spent a pretty penny there- and if it wasn’t for Terry I would have walked out in frustration. So ya all just made a good purchase from me and you owe it to Terry. The store was nice and clean, the cashier was friendly and polite. I’m going to post a picture of the clarkspoon lures ya all need to order more- they work the best off Galveston shores! Thanks a billion!

- CVChantelle VilaverdeOct 30, 20251.0I walked in for a simple gift card and the woman at the customer service desk was so RUDE asking “how she could help me” while using hand gestures insinuating she didn’t have the time nor the patience to help me, a gesture insinuating I was a bother for having walked into the store. I put the gift card back and walked out. This was Thursday 10/30/2025 at around 5p or just before if management cares to have a coachable moment with this employee. Totally disappointing as I was planning to get a gift card for a client and made a special trip to this location.
