- RRRaul RiveroMar 24, 20262.0We were there on a Monday, only one cashier was scheduled and like 6 customers waiting. I went to customer service asking if I can pay there and the guy, very rude just said..”go to the cashiers” and keep looking at his personal phone. Service sucks!

Gun counter staff were not helpful after I expressed interest in something used, but then took it a step further by making fun of me for wanting to buy something used (specifically the young Asian salesman with long hair). I’m not one to leave a review often, but this experience was so negative and seeing other reviews pointing out the poor customer service by this same employee I feel compelled to leave this review so that hopefully management notices the bad reflection this employee is causing this brand.
