    This location has great selection of clothes. Alesya and Bethany were so friendly and helpful. I was having issues with my jcrew credit and they were quick to call corporate to get my credit card issues solved and get me checked out. Thank you for the great service!!!! I will definitely be back to this location.

    Terrible non existent customer service and they only carry small sizes, nothing found above a seize 10. Went in last week, two store employees, no customers besides me, no greeting, I could overhear the employees complaining about store- related, customer related incidents openly. My son interrupted their conversation and asked for a restroom and he was told they don’t have one? Really?
