- TOThuy OanhNov 3, 20251.0I had a very disappointing experience at this store today. I bought two bottles of perfume that were kept in the locked cabinet. Before purchasing, I asked a staff member if there were any testers available, and he said no. So I asked, “What if I don’t like the scent?” He told me I could go to the main Nordstrom store to test it there, and if I didn’t like it, I could come back and return it. I drove a long distance to the main Nordstrom just to test the scent, and when I came back to return the perfumes, the store told me they were final sale and not eligible for return. I explained that the employee who helped me specifically said I could return them, but the manager insisted that only he had access to the locked case and claimed no one else could have helped me. When I suggested checking the camera footage and listening to our conversation, the manager said the cameras don’t record audio and refused to call the other employee to clarify. His attitude was rude and unprofessional, and he offered absolutely no solution to help resolve the issue. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. The manager clearly lacks proper customer service skills and professionalism. I wasted a lot of time because of their poor communication and management.
