  Employees just yapping in the back of the store. Nobody available to greet you or help you. Inattentive and rude staff. No thanks, I will not return to this location.

  Everytime I shop at this location, I receive problems when I am checking out. Today, the issue was that I need to make an account with American Eagle to receive a receipt which was never emailed to me. When I visit the location I am never rude and try to understand policies professionally. It's quiet odd behavior from the cashier's and looming manager when your ethnicity is different from everyone else in the room. Last time I visited, they wouldn't accept my return with the order number and the garnments are not in use. It seems as I am the same age as the manager, and it's unacceptable to have multiple loop holes to make returns when you are actively not near an Aerie location and only visit when traveling. I try to be understanding and profdesional, especially since I work in corporate, BUT after the behavior repeating and other review having managerial complaints - I will not visit these stores any longer.

  I was shopping today at the store in Southlake, Texas. I was checking out with intimate apparel - the clerk put my 10 purchased in a paper bag with no tissue - I asked her for tissue - she asked her manager and she told me “no” - only if I paid for the plastic recycle bag. What intimates store does not have free tissue? Will never go back. In addition, staff was not on the floor assisting customers. It was not busy, only one person in line to check out so plenty of staff (4 behind the registers) to be on the floor.
