  They were super rude and acted like I wasn’t good enough to be in their store. The only person who was kind was the girl working the dressing room. The girl up front was even caught talking about me for no reason?!? Maybe they were mad I had my daughter with me?? I don’t know, but I will be going to the clear fork location from now on.

  My wife and I have shopped here many times, Customer service has steadily declined over the last few months.. This time, when I headed back to use the restroom, Like I have many times in the past, the guy at the front desk told me no I had to go to Barnes & Noble. Luckily Viori and Lululemon are right down the street. I love the ALO brand, but will be taking my business to the Clearfork location. When it comes to customer service, sometimes the little things make the biggest impact.

  I recently had a surgery and my entire body is swollen to the max. NONE of my own clothes fit me so I came in to buy a singular, comfy outfit that I can look decent in and be comfortable when I'm in public as I am trying to get out more. EVERY SINGLE LAST employee grabbed different things and different sizes, plus things I hadn't even picked out for myself to try on. Everyone was was so helpful, engaging, listened to my needs and went beyond a traditional service. I went on 1/30/26 around 1130. Great group of people! I am grateful.

  Review: Abysmal Customer Service and Failed Delivery I am beyond disappointed with my recent experience at Alo Yoga. I ordered a Christmas gift for my wife two weeks in advance, but the entire process turned into the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Since the store didn't have her sizes in stock, I had everything shipped to my house. When the package didn't arrive, I called the help line only to be told I had "walked out of the store with the items." Despite my explanation, the representative essentially called me a liar and told me they couldn’t help me further. I had to drive 25 minutes to the store to fix their mistake. It turns out, the associate simply forgot to select the "ship" button in the system. While the manager apologized and promised to overnight the items two days before Christmas, they still didn’t arrive until the Monday after. One of my wife's main gifts was missing on Christmas morning because of a clerical error and a complete lack of accountability from their corporate support team. All I received for this massive headache was an apology and "free" overnight shipping that took six days to arrive. I will never buy from this brand again. If you value customer service and reliable shipping, stay away.
