If you care about customer service, I highly recommend this place! I cannot comment on all products, but was impressed 100%

- SGSjon GardnerMar 9, 20261.0Store director has poor customer service in relation to gun counter. I drove 20 minutes here after being told by the gun counter that they had the gun in stock. Upon arrival, I was told that they only have a display model. I looked at the display model and had visible scuffing and scratches, asked if they could discount it being a display model that was scratched and missing paint, the store director said $25 off of a $600 gun. I talked to two other stores who both told me they do at least a 10% discount potentially 15% depending on how bad the scratches are. I voiced this to the store director and he stayed firm at $25 off. The other day I waited 45 minutes to get an answer from a manager on a different gun about a $30 price match to Cabela's, and I never got the answer, the gun counter guy kept asking for the manager over the radio and no manager was responding. Overall this store has wasted too many hours of my time. I'm very disappointed in the quality of service at this store
