  Staff was awesome. Tia, Frank and the team helped us with a large purchase and took their time giving us attention between trying stuff on, getting different sizes and checking online prices.

  This store is great. It feels high-end even if it is the factory version of J Crew. Everything was organized despite my visiting during the peak of the holiday season. I was treated well, the staff offered help multiple times but not too many where I felt annoyed. So the experience was good. I will say, and this does not affect the stars that I am giving them through this review, given that it is not of any fault of this particular store, but I made the mistake of giving them my email. LORD, I got 5 emails from J crew each day. I have unsubscribed, of course. But the volume of email promotions was absurd. Wish the staff at the register had warned me before I gave them my email... Still, love the styles sold here and the shopping experience so I will come back.

  This is such a great store to shop at! The manager, Tia, is so sweet and I have always had such a great experience with the entire staff! I always go to this location.

  Wow! Such a great experience at this store! I stopped in looking for the perfect jeans after losing 100 lbs. Slater was AMAZING…friendly, knowledgeable and most of all KIND! He knows how to make a person feel good about shopping again! I will definitely be back.
