- ACAllison ChandlerDec 18, 20251.0Been here two times now to drop off donations both times no one has come out to help unload. Not that they’re obligated to come help you but years ago when I came when I used to live in the area before I even backed in my car they were outside propping the door open to help unload. The first time I’ve come recently, I unloaded and opened the door, and the man was just sitting behind the counter on his phone couldn’t even acknowledge me. Today, when I visited, both of my hands were full, and I could barely open the door when I did open the door. There was just a bunch of ladies talking they looked at me, saw that my hands were full and still didn’t even offer to help or even open the door for me. I get that maybe helping unload someone’s car is going the extra mile, but you could at least have the decency to help open the door when both of my hands are full of donations
