  I came into Windsor to find a graduation dress after not being able to find anything anywhere else and I felt so welcomed as soon as i walked in! One of the workers marisa helped me find the perfect one! I can’t wait to celebrate my big day!

  I really liked the selection that this location offered. My husband and I were in here for over 2 hours. We were not greeted when we walked in and we were not offered any sort of assistance at any point while we were in the store. The only time any associate spoke to us at all, was to make sure that I didn’t have more than 6 items in the fitting room at one time. I purchased 23 clothing items, and I probably would’ve purchased even more if there was even a single ounce of customer service at this store. I am a new found fan of Windsor, but I would never return to this location.

  The clothes here are very nice, but it makes me so sad that the people here are so racist and give you dirty looks when you're served, especially when you're being nice to them, even though you're not an employee, just a customer. And they, who are employees, come and make faces and look down on you. It's not right.

  Walked in and didn’t get acknowledged by anyone meanwhile the manager was walking around asking everyone else if they needed help, not plus size friendly 😂
