- GBGlenn BoneMar 23, 20261.0Visited this mall on Saturday 3/21/26 from Houston, not sure what happened but this mall use to be my favorite, not anymore! After a long drive we had to use the bathroom and the washrooms were tore up! Spaced out, not visible, and we use to rent scooters to visit shops because not everyone is 17 who shop at this mall and able to Walk for hours without rest! The scooters are gone! And they have removed most of all the outdoor seating benches! So walking and taking a rest in between is not happening!!! The stores in general Have no seating! We came back to Houston and our legs and feet are burning! Not sure who came up with this idea to remove most of all seating, no scooters, and bathroom demo but it was not a good decision because customers like me and the group I was with all said we won’t be back! We had to leave early because with the heat, all the walking and not able to Rest, rent a scooter, we decided we would shop back in Houston under AC and rest at will between visiting stores!
