  We had an issue with a pair of Optus YSL heels my sister bought, the first time she wore them to an even the heels had a defect, I contacted Tavo, who has been very helpful every time I visit the store, and he immediately solved our issues without a single hassle, I ended up exchanging the heels the same day the issue happened took the new ones back to my sister and the replacement heels have been taking hell, things can happen to any shoe, no matter the brand, but the customer service this store showed us was TOP TIER, therefore keeping us as loyal customers!!

He was so patient and helpful as I decided between many different bags, and the store was spotless and welcoming. I’m so happy with my new bag and can’t wait to use it!   Awful experience at this store. I was genuinely excited to visit the Saint Laurent store in San Marcos, but that feeling quickly turned into disappointment. As I approached the entrance, the man at the front stopped me and told me to wait for someone to accompany me inside while giving me a disgusting look. I decided to walk away, but as I turned around, I saw him immediately let a white man in without hesitation. I’m a Black woman, and in that moment, I felt deeply hurt and enraged. My friend decided to see if he’d be treated the same way, and sure enough, the man stopped him too. When my friend asked why, the man said, “Certain people steal.” My friend asked if he looked like a thief, and only then did the man apologize and let him in. How is this acceptable? Discrimination in any form is unacceptable and should never be tolerated in any workplace especially one representing a global luxury brand like Saint Laurent.

  I purchased a small purse from here during my visit. But at the time of purchase I did not notice there was a defect on the purse. I only noticed it after I returned home. Since I live in Canada it is rather difficult to return to San Marcos and the staff the Saint Laurent outlet in Toronto were no help as well. I was rather dissapointed that the staff here did not notice or inform me about the defect on the purse before selling it. These purses are not cheap and after purchasing an expensive purse like this with defect and not being given proper help with this issue was really disheartening.

  Adeline is literally THE BEST Sales Professional Associate I have ever dealt with at all the high end stores I have been to. If you go into Saint Laurent she is who you wanna deal with right away. She's nice about everything and very welcoming and such a joy to deal with. 5 Stars for her! The other SA's are very nice as well btw!
