    We stopped by for a watch for my son, came out 6 watches later. Megan Toms was our salesperson and I cannot say enough about how great she was. Excellent customer service skills, made us feel welcomed and comfortable. If you are looking at visiting this store, I highly recommend her. A 5 star experience. When I go back, I will purchase from her. Thank You Megan, you were awesome.

    Absolutely amazed by the customer service of Mr. Mark at this location as well as Mr. Chris at the Allen Texas location. The exact definition of perfect customer service and of just being a good person in general. I was looking for an item that I could not find for over six months and was thought to be discontinued. And with the help of Mr. Mark and his infinite knowledge of his company. He located this item with Mr. Chris in Allen Texas. Mr. Chris was very kind and with quick response had this Item purchased and shipped to me the very same day. I am Extremely happy, as well as truly thankful and grateful to Mr. Mark specifically as well as Mr. Chris for all the help that I received in locating this item. I searched the globe for it , and in a day you found it. Thank you greatly and I look forward to continuing business with you and the Mavado company in the future.

    Do not buy anything if they don’t have it in the store!! If they say to you that you will have it deliver with in 2 to 3 days is a lie!! Is been 3 weeks since the delivery date we got and 3 weeks after, there is no watch. They told my wife there is no re found, well a re found is when you want to return something, in this case there is no thing!!! Some one is scamming. FedEx don’t know where the watch is and this store keep saying they can’t do anything about it..
