  Customer service is good, but this store gets crazy crowded fitting rooms are chaotic. But you can find great deals.

  It was ok. It was absolutely packed. It’s a bit of a hodgepodge of sizes, colors and clothing items. They seemed to have a good selection of size 0 and size 12+ in random colors I probably wouldn’t wear. Many of the things were out of place and it was a bit hard to tell the price of things. I live about 45 minutes from this location and won’t go back. I would prefer to pay a little bit more or wait for things to go on sale to have the sizes, colors and styles I want online and skip the hassle.

  I bought almost $3000 in the last month alone from lulu. When buying multiple pairs of the same work shirt they gave me the wrong size. No worries I call and they say if I come down they will switch it. Drive 1.5 hour to get to the store and it’s a 20 min line just to get in so I ask Riz the manager if I’ll even be able to switch it and he confirmed… wait 20 mins, wait to shop which they only had small so I got the only 34 shorts they have… riz tells me I can’t switch. So now I wasted 3 hours of drive time, waiting in line, and shopping for nothing…. They said my account didn’t show the size I was returning…. That’s because they were sold as a smaller size and rung up as a smaller size. I didn’t lose 50 pounds in a week
