  If I could give the San Marcos store a worse revue I would I called 4 times between 10:30 am 2:30 pm before anybody answered the phone and when someone answered they didn't know anything about a sporting goods store. Was on hold for 16 minutes and 39 seconds with no answer so I hung up. A monkey could do a better job than the staff they have. If you need something definatly go elsewhere.

  Brandon went out of his way to help me when I rushed into the store, close to closing time, on the last day to pickup my item. Really appreciate the customer service! Rarely write reviews, but this academy has consistently delivered great customer service, and the is isn’t the first time Brandon has helped resolve my issue!
