  The Vans store at La Cantera in San Antonio is always a great stop. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and actually takes the time to help you find the right fit and style. The store is clean, well-organized, and stocked with a solid selection of shoes, apparel, and accessories. Whether you’re looking for classic Old Skools, skate shoes, or something new, they usually have a good variety and sizes available. The vibe is relaxed and welcoming, and you never feel rushed. Definitely one of the better Vans locations in the area—highly recommend checking it out if you’re at La Cantera.

  Walked around here for almost twenty minutes, absolutely nobody even came to say a word to me. Decent enough selection, although everything was thrown around, so not much else to say. When I did eventually go to the cashier, they were friendly enough, it went with no other problems. The only things not great about my purple shoes experience were attributable to negligence rather than something they distinctly did, thus the rating for the selfservice rather than customer service?

  11/24/2025 Very disappointed with this location. The Vans store at La Cantera is supposed to close at 8:00 PM, but when we arrived at 7:30 PM, the employees told us they were already closed. When we asked why, they said they “close at a certain time” but couldn’t give any specific hours. It felt unprofessional and confusing, especially when the posted hours clearly say 8 PM.
