Use to be nice until they made regular parking into paid parking. There are much better malls in San Antonio

What a beautiful shopping area! There are many desirable stores to meet a diverse customer experience. You can shop high end or every day retail stores for all your needs while enjoying a calm ambiance. My only complaint is it was difficult to find parking.

Huge mall with almost every store imaginable. I was visiting from Illinois and only got to go in a few stores but it did not disappoint. I did not get to walk thru the entire mall area as it is outdoors but it is very nice and clean.

Extremely disappointed with the parking situation here—especially on a weekday. Finding a spot shouldn’t feel like a battle, yet that’s exactly what it is. It’s frustrating to see so many spaces converted into “preferred parking” just to charge extra. It feels less about convenience and more about squeezing money out of visitors. This kind of setup doesn’t just inconvenience customers—it likely hurts the businesses here too. If people can’t park easily, they’re going to go elsewhere. I hope management reconsiders this approach, because right now it’s a poor experience all around.
