Did not replace or help was told that they didn’t want to do business with me cause I was upset that I almost died and just wanted my money back. Dude said no returns even tho it was new. And I got it from them. He was happy for the review so I made it for him didn’t get his name but he came out the back. He know who he is.

So instead of going back to them, I took both watches to a jeweler, had them replace the batteries and had the batteries tested. Both dead. Best guess on River City. They replaced the batteries with what-ever 10-year-old batteries they found in the cabinet. And I did not bother to go back. Why?....To have them put the same old dead batteries...Please. Soooooo, Don't waste your time and money. Just go elsewhere.

I’ve done a few FFL transfers here for firearms that I purchased online and their pricing for pickup is the lowest I’ve found and their service is SUPER fast on the application and processing. They have a great selection of firearms for sale at very fair prices. Many of the other things I’ve browsed on their shelves is fairly and competitively priced as well. Everyone is friendly and attentive and they’re pleasant to work with. I look forward to doing far more business with RCP!
