I was impressed with how well the store is organized. I would love to see a store like this in Montana. We had a wonderful high scale Western store but the owner retired and closed up.

They were sweet and gave a ton of options We had such a great experience here!! After stopping at THREE other hat shops that all closed early on a Saturday, we were honestly getting pretty frustrated—but this place was open and totally saved the day Miriam was so sweet and helpful from the moment we walked in. She made everything easy and fun. The owner was awesome too—super knowledgeable but also really laid back and encouraged us to just enjoy ourselves while picking out and making our hats. They had a really great selection, and the whole vibe was just welcoming and fun. Seriously, thank y’all for turning our day around and making it such a good experience. Y’all saved our trip!

The owner was just as wonderful—so knowledgeable and encouraging, and really made the experience fun by letting us take our time and enjoy customizing our hats. The selection was fantastic, with plenty of great options to choose from. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the experience they provide. Thank you all for turning our frustrating afternoon into such a memorable and fun part of our trip. We’ll definitely be back!
