  My experience buying my Oakley HTNS glasses was very pleasant. The person who assisted me was incredibly patient, showed me all the models, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Definitely excellent service.

  Oakley at LaCantera has the best employees and they are so willing to help everyone in the store! I would recommend this Oakley store to anybody who would ask for one to go to.

  I purchased a pair of Oakley Meta glasses, and within just a couple of months, the nose pad started to come apart. The material is now sticking out and feels sharp, making the glasses uncomfortable to wear. I went back to the store expecting support, but they were completely dismissive. I was told that since I didn’t purchase the additional protection plan, there was nothing they could do. That’s extremely disappointing for such an expensive product. I then submitted a claim online, hoping for a better resolution, but my case was closed without even inspecting the product. No real effort was made to address the issue. This is clearly a defect from normal use, especially considering it happened in such a short time. For a premium brand and high-priced item, I expected much better quality and customer service. Very frustrating experience. And I’m not able to speak with an actual person.
