This store used to be great, consistent, friendly, and I could find exactly what I'm looking for. I live just up the highway from here, so you can imagine how I felt when I started noticing that things are being moved around constantly without any real reason.
It's so irritating seeing the clothes constantly moved around nearly every single week. It makes me not want to shop here anymore.
Me and my wife are Nordstrom members but we're considering canceling our memberships because this is getting absolutely ridiculous. On top of that, I asked one of the employees where I could find the Nordstrom brand clothing for my wife, and she led me to THREE different areas. She explained that they had just gotten in new inventory and didn't have the space to put the clothing where the other Nordstrom stuff was, she even agreed with me that the constant moving of clothing is absurd. I am aware that it's not her fault and she's just following directions, but come on, if even your own employees are agreeing that there's no reason to keep moving around the clothes THEN PROBABLY DONT.
I came in last week to get a suit and the older gentleman there was absolutely amazing. He showed me the different brands, the different cost, and sizes, he was amazing, but when I went to go find a dress for my wife the lady who was working was the complete opposite, she reeked of weed smoke, barely helped me when I asked her where I could find a medium sized dress.
She was talking in absolute slang, saying things like "Ayee Man, you know...I don't know bro, I just work here" are you serious?
That's all you could tell me? Ugh I didn't even want to continue speaking to her, atterwards while walking around the store to see what else I could pickup I saw her speaking with who I can only assume is the manager, it's like a switch flipped or something, because she was acting completely different. Picking things up, talking to customers, asking if people needed help. I don't remember her name but she was wearing a sweater with bow ties and some tights and had a tan complexion.
After I checked out, I left the store only to see the same woman in her car and AGAIN reeking of the foul smell of weed.
Nordstrom, something's are good just the way they are, please stop changing every little thing. Some of the workers are only doing work when they want to be favorited instead of helpful.
Sincerely
-a life long customer
