  Absolutely horrible customer service. My son purchased an engagement ring two months ago. We were told the order would be ready in a couple of weeks. Now, it has become a very unfunny comedy of delays and excuses with promises of next week, then next week and more and more delays. It was promised for the final time to be delivered tomorrow. Now, that has changed to “several more weeks.” I would never do business with company which came highly recommended again and you are only in for disappointment if you deal with them. Save yourself headache after headache, broken promise after broken promise and buy somewhere else. Their customer service is atrocious.

  The store at the Quarry Market has a beautiful selection of jewelry and watches . Vero is amazing , she took great care of us . Everyone in the store makes you feel welcome . We will definitely be back !

  Had such a great experience at Lee Michaels thanks to Jenn, Paula, and Valentino. From the moment we walked in, they made everything feel easy, welcoming, and genuinely fun—not your typical “stuffy” jewelry store vibe at all. They took their time showing us different watches and jewelry, answering questions, and just letting us enjoy the process without any pressure. What really made it memorable though was Jenn—somehow we got into a conversation about birthdays and realized how many of ours lined up with hers and her family’s. It turned into one of those random moments where everyone’s laughing, smiling, and just connecting on a real level. Paula and Valentino were just as great—super personable, knowledgeable, and you can tell they actually care about the experience, not just the sale. Overall, it felt more like hanging out with good people than shopping. Definitely a spot I’d recommend if you want great service and a genuine experience.
