Parece que es una política de la tienda porque vienen personas de otros departamentos a ofrecer qué pagues tu mercancía con ellos y no hagas la línea esperando. Todo lo demás esta muy bien.

- RGR GomezApr 9, 20264.0My orders have been online recently. I’ve placed about four or five orders in the last three months. Returning items that were not the right fit has been easy, which is great. The only issue I’ve experienced is the long checkout lines, and the cashiers seem very slow (I’m not sure if it’s the system or the process). Honestly, having at least one or two self-checkout options would really help, especially during busy hours and weekends, and would make the lines move faster.

And the store is very neat and easy to find what I’m looking for, and the prices are very good. I recommend everyone to check this location out and make it their go to Jcpenney!!!
- JDJoseph DeDeauxFeb 23, 20261.0Management is the worst! I waited in line forever. The sale attendant( a teenager) call for help 3x over the radio and phone with no reply. The manager then shows up to scold the attendant in front of the customers but not help so the line was still long. She was a short older Hispanic manager. While leaving the store another worker ( teenage male)was ordered to run and not walk because he's on the clock...as long as she is a manager there i wont spend one more dollar there. And we just moved to the rim area...its sad really. Whoever works jewelry wouldn't speak and acted as if it was a disturbance to her day to show and sell a watch we were eyeing. We did not purchase and wll not be going back until new management is in place.
