- DLDanielle LaQue3 days ago1.0Why is the only fitting room for women’s clothes located in the men’s section? It’s frustrating enough having to search the entire store just to find a fitting room, especially when staff are nowhere to be found to ask for help. I went to try on a dress and used the fitting room by the men’s section since it was the only one available. I locked the door, yet a man was still able to open it while I was changing. This should never happen. This was an extremely disappointing and uncomfortable experience. Fitting rooms need to be safe, private, and accessible. This was none of those. Immediate actions to be addressed: - Why the lock failed - Why women’s clothing requires using the men’s fitting room area - What will JC Penny do to ensure this doesn’t happen to another customer?
