What actually keeps me coming back is the way they treat you. Every single associate I’ve interacted with, has been so sweet and soft. They are patient, and assist you with trying on different pieces or help give recommendations without forcing a sale. Recently, I had to leave two pieces with them, and they handled everything with so much care. They even emailed corporate for me to make sure things were taken care of properly. It was just… effortless on my end, which I really appreciated. Sonia deserves a special shout-out. She’s such a good leader and took initiative with my situation, by handling everything and following up with me once everything was done. I’m really grateful for them, it’s rare to find a store where both the jewelry and the service are this good.
