I had lost the paper receipt but saw their Company POLICY states that I can receive a store merchandise card for a no receipt return. Which I was going to use for the next half size up. The exact person who helped me originally get the shoes three days beforehand was the manager, whom he who said No, to any return or exchange without a receipt. And they cannot look up a receipt with phone number or email. Why have a policy if people aren't going to adhere to the policy.
