    The store was clean and very well organized. Staff is very attentive. I had an online order to return and it was confusing , but Nico who was working behind the counter?Made everything went smoothly and it was very patient with me. Best customer service experience.I've had in a very long time. Thank you Nico!

    My First time coming to this store today super friendly workers the manager help me exchange my shoes for a smaller size very friendly and nice and everybody in the store I’ll be coming back to this store for my shoes thank you so much for helping me 😊

    Purchased some shoes and a reusable bag, I realized the shoes didn't fit correctly (started to rub my heels) and went to do a return. I had lost the paper receipt but saw their Company POLICY states that I can receive a store merchandise card for a no receipt return. Which I was going to use for the next half size up. The exact person who helped me originally get the shoes three days beforehand was the manager, whom he who said No, to any return or exchange without a receipt. And they cannot look up a receipt with phone number or email. Why have a policy if people aren't going to adhere to the policy.
