I came from out of town returned some white vans i had purchased online 3 weeks ago because the sole was tearing already and i called before hand to a lady who said i could return the shoes used and all. When i got to the store the sales associate was super rude asked me for the order number or card i had purchased it with and i showd him my card didnt bother reaching for it and then said i needed to give him my order number so i looked for it and then went for the shoes came back and was very rude and said we dont usually do this. I said i had already talked to someone and they said i could. Very unprofessional and rude will be reaching out to manager.
