- QQQueenieNov 14, 20251.0Please teach your techs how to at least apply a new notepad. Went in to change my nose pads and Marisa had the ugliest attitude and hardly wanted to help the other struggling girl. I had to do my own nose pad swap out because one girl didn’t know what to do at all and the other couldn’t care less. Marisa did not look at my glasses but proceeded to try and tell me they only had square nose pads and would be better off going to LensCrafters. Maybe have a better attitude and decent basic knowledge of your role.

Call back the same day to let them know that I did not like the glasses that I wanted to return them, they said I could return them, but they only can give me a store credit for the $50 because the register wouldn’t allow them to open it and give me my money back. Oh nothat’s not how it goes. I’m not happy with you. Yes it is my glasses and I am going to return their glasses so I had to call them in about.

To get to the store and say they were sold earlier. Maybe someone could have called or emailed to inform me. Absolutely trash communication.
