The products offered at this Sunglass Hut are excellent, and Angie was thorough enough to provide me with a protection plan and care-kit for my new sunglasses. Not only did I get a pair of sunglasses delivered via UPS from Ray-Ban to this particular store, I was also able to utilize the 50% off of a second pair promotion when picking up my first pair. The customer service provided by Angie was wonderful, and I definitely recommend purchasing a pair of sunglasses from this store.

I was specifically looking for a pair of sunglasses in a certain shade, and I asked upfront if the brand even made that color. The salesperson flat-out told me they never made them. Later, I checked the brand’s official site and found the exact shade I was asking about—so clearly, I was misled. On top of that, she seemed to be very rude, racist and wasn’t interested is answering the queries. Whether it was laziness, lack of product knowledge, or just trying to push me toward what was in stock, it felt dishonest and unprofessional. If I can’t trust the staff to give me accurate information—or treat me respectfully—I won’t be shopping here again.
