- NKNoWyoming KallaiDec 26, 20251.0Absolutely unacceptable experience at Sunglass Hut. Angie’s behavior was openly hostile, dismissive, and felt blatantly discriminatory. I was treated with a level of disrespect that no customer should ever experience, and it was painfully clear I was not being treated the same as others in the store. Her tone, attitude, and lack of basic courtesy made the environment uncomfortable and humiliating. This wasn’t just bad customer service — it felt targeted. Sunglass Hut needs to seriously address employees who make customers feel unwelcome and judged. If you are anything other than a white privileged rich person Angie will treat you with nothing but disrespect. I will not be returning.

Sunglass Hut needs to seriously address employees like Angie who damage the brand and drive customers away. I will not return to this location.

Her attitude was unacceptable—eye-rolling, short answers, and zero effort to be helpful. I felt talked down to the entire time, which is ridiculous considering how expensive their products are. Customer service like this is embarrassing for a company that claims to be “premium.” Management seriously needs to retrain or reconsider employees like this. I will never return to this location and strongly suggest others avoid dealing with her.
- RJRebecca JonesDec 20, 20251.0My husband came today (12/20) at 7:40 PM to get his new glasses adjusted/tightened and the door was locked? The store hours say they close at 8 PM not 7:40 PM. The employee came over to unlock the door and to be polite my husband asked her if they were open and she said, “I’m pretty sure we are.” Who answers that way? He asked if they could help get them tightened and they said no they don’t do that at this location. Would have been good to know that they don’t do it at this location. Customer service needs to improved before we ever return.
