  I called to ask what time they close to make a quick exchange, and they said 5. I got there at 4:40 and they already had the gate shut.

  OMG I was at the store today and I heard a lady trying to return her shoes which was under the time frame. But what I felt sorry about it was how she was humilliated by the manager and the other employees at the store when she was just on her rights to return her shoes. I felt so bad I just turn my back and didnt buy anything. Steve Madden should be sue for not following the return policy.

  Horrible experience just brought some shoes today. When I got home to take them out the box. I.found the shoes already worn and dirty at the bottom with a couple of cuffs around the toe area. I am wondering did someone switch boxes as I was shopping around the store. To make matter worse there is no receipt as they usually put it in the bag. I guess so they will say I have already wore them. I wanted to post so they see the time and date on here. My purchase was done around 3:20 or so. This poor customer service and order online next time.
