As I sat waiting for my friends to try on their shoes, I was approached by an employee without any type of greeting and was immediately questioned and then insulted. No hesitation. Just straight up “shade” with issues that should NOT be addressed in a work environment. As a store manager, I would not find this acceptable. Her name is Venus, a tall woman with tan skin complexion. Instead of assisting the clientele (my friends) she decided to speak to a non-paying customer about unrelated topics that did not concern her. I really wanted to stay quiet about this interaction but I can’t get it out of my head and I genuinely don’t feel welcome there anymore thanks to this employee.
