The product was never opened or used, but I was told their policy requires a 25% restocking fee, even for unused items. I filed a dispute for only one item but lost, so I kept the product since I had already paid for it. Afterwards, the owner Donald Cook left an unprofessional and false review on my business page, which I found very upsetting. I personally would not recommend this company based on my experience.
