- BDBong dityDec 21, 20201.0Today (12/21) I needed my truck’s starter needed to be replaced and I needed a code for the mechanic, however, upon providing a fax number to Mr Augustine (Draeger Bandera) to send Access form to Mechanic and we waited 1.5hrs. Upon calling back of status, he stated he sent it 2x but then went on to say “my reply paper says No Response “. so he could’ve called me the first time about the No Response, instead of waiting 1.5hrs. Mr Augustine needs more customer training or hire someone who can do a better job than him... because Mr. Augustine seriously lacks customer service skills. Waited 3hrs now, Klaudio

How does an interlock device work?
When you start your vehicle, you have to blow into a mouthpiece that’s connected to the ignition interlock device, sometimes called an in-car breathalyzer. The interlock device will then measure your breath alcohol concentration (BrAC) and automatically determine whether your BrAC is low enough to allow the car to start. Any test you take, whether pass or fail, will be reported to your monitoring authority.
