  The sales experience was great, no issues at all. Problem is with the Ray-Ban Company itself. I noticed a tiny piece of hair in the corner of my right lens. In the end it wasn’t a tiny hair, it was a tiny crack inside the lense. Bought the frame and lenses in December and this is Feb 25th. No warranty, no options but to buy another set of lenses at full price. As you can guess these lenses were not cheap. I opted not to get a warranty, should have known better that their glasses are probably inferior and fail a lot if you have to buy a warranty before you walk out of the shop. So, I will order new lenses, nothing special about these lenses, they’ll be half the price at least online and at least the company will stand behind the product. But yes, it was partially my fault for not simply leaving when I found out about zero warranty after the sale unless purchased. I have purchased Ray-Ban Frames at another optometry place and the lenses and frames came with a one year warranty for the same price. I can’t recommend buying from a Ray-Ban store, at least for prescription glasses. .

  Cindy at Ray-Ban was amazing! She went above and beyond to help me switch out the lenses in my glasses and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to make sure everything was done perfectly. It’s clear she really cares about her customers and her work. Thanks to Cindy, my glasses look and feel great again. Highly recommend asking for her if you’re at Ray-Ban!

  My experience at this store was great! I didn’t catch their names, but the ladies who worked there were very kind and helpful. I was not familiar with Ray-Ban, so I asked an employee for her advice on what sunglasses would look best on me, and she helped me find the perfect pair. I think the store is a great addition to La Cantera and would definitely shop here again!
