  I ordered a higher tier set of metaglasses, and they sent me a cheaper version and now they're saying that I can return it for A. Refund and wait a month for the. Refund, then purchase another pair. And I'll have to wait a month for that. Instead of trying to find a resolve that will Make this convenient for their customers. I even asked them if they can schedule their manager to call me back. And they wouldn't Not even be willing to do that, they completely burden.Their customers with the issues they create.I'm very upset because I was planning to enjoy these glasses.But they forgot to put transitions sapphire into my ray bands that I spent five hundred dollars on.

  Excellent customer service. I went in with my favorite pair of wayfarers that had been damaged during travel. Lauren worked her magic tightening the screws and heating them up to bend them back into shape. She was amazing. Much more personable that going to sunglass hut or other retailers. I would highly recommend this location.

  So, here’s the tea: I’m a true Ray-Ban addict. The store? Cute, neat, organized—basically a sunglasses spa. The service? Fast and efficient. But the coupons? Oh honey, those are apparently on the “do not enter” list. I’ve been a loyal Ray-Ban customer longer than some people have been alive. Signed up for rewards, collected my birthday discounts, even got the emails that scream “use me in-store and online.” But when I asked to use mine? The answer was a chorus of “No, only on brand-new items.” Not even for replacement lenses. Excuse me? My shades can’t be new forever, that’s literally why lenses exist. Look—I’m not asking for a free trip to Italy, just a little coupon love. Because let’s be honest, it’s 2025 and everyone, everywhere, throws their loyal customers at least some perks. Coffee shops do it, nail salons do it, heck, even gas stations do it. But Ray-Ban? Not a wink, not a nod, nothing. And don’t get me wrong,I’ll still strut out of the store in my Ray-Bans feeling like a rockstar. But come on, Ray-Ban. A brand that’s been around since forever should know: loyalty looks even better when it comes with a discount. Throw your day-ones a bone (or at least a lens). Your forever fan, but slightly squinting eyes😏🕶️
