Everyone was super friendly, never felt pressured to go for a pricier hat. As an out of towner he provided guidance and service to me that was above reproach and second to none. They carry a diverse product line. San Antonio is lucky to have you - and this has to be a go to store for all things western wear. My purchase was a Stetson - impeccable care in ensuring proper fit. Service does not end with the sale. Miriam was very welcoming as the store was quite busy when I arrived - very friendly and attentive. Very skilled. And again - very astute in the art of customer care.
