We found a jacket we really liked and I mentioned out loud that I wished it came in another color. Lilly overheard and was so kind she offered to check in the back and brought out a black version that was perfect. Because of her help, we were completely sold on the jacket. Honestly we probably would have left without buying anything if it wasn’t for her. Amazing customer service from Lilly!
