Decades of oakleys and now the are just peddling the same garbage you can by in a back alley in any city on the planet for 10 bucks. The prescription side of the business is complete trash. The quality of craftsmanship on the lenses is not even on the same level as Walmarts equivalent lense. The average Walmart frame is better. 1000.00 glasses lasted less than six months of minima use. The Hindge inserts were falling out within the first week . The first Oakley store tried to make them fit a warped the frames. By far worst glasses I’ve ever had the disappointment of wearing. But wow, every person in this store went way out of their way to get me taken care off. Four phone calls, two hours, three disconnects with no return call and nothing. They searched the nation for a replacement frame and when they found one I’m UtAh they had it transferred here. No reason to do this but pure kindness and professionalism. They were extremely patient with my frustration. Within less than five days I had a new frame. She swapped out my lenses and asked nothing in return. The best part is that while these glasses never fit my face, she worked magic and they have fit flawlessly since I walked out that store. In world where most retail folks seems to care very little about customer satisfaction, this specific branch goes above and beyond. I’m done with Oakley in principle but because of, quite possibly the best service I’ve ever received in a retail environment, I will buy one more pair of Oakley eyeglasses in this store out of appreciation for them getting my vision back in short order. Much respect for Jules. She is a pro and knows exactly what she’s talking about and was able to make my glasses fit without even being able to tell they didn’t ship that way. Can’t really say enough . Reviews are waste of time but this was worth it for me. So much so that I’ve also written a letter to corporate Oakley including the names of those that specifically made Oakley seem like the Oakley of old. You know, back when quality mattered and customers were important? I’m still floored how much these folks seemed to genuinely care. If if they didn’t or don’t, they sure made sure I thought they did. Good enough for me. Jules made glasses that had never fit, that were ruined by the store in Utah, fit like they were made that way. You can usually tell when someone actually takes pride in their work.
