I do appreciate her helping me out finding my bag, but she literally Charged my husband and I don’t know what she do with her tablet. We now have to wait 24 hours to get our 500 dollars back. Luckily that I had money to pay for my own bag, but that’s just gives to show how unprofessional and unexperienced they are.
